I am very disappointed with the service that I received with this company and the person that was selected to transport our vehicle. We were promised several things which did not come to fruition. We were told that what was agreed on at the beginning would happen. Then we needed to increase the price. It was finally picked up a day after the driver said he would pick it up. We were told that the vehicle would be picked up and delivered with our preferences. The vehicle was delivered to a truck stop 15 miles from our home(which was ok with us) but it was delivered at 12:15 a.m. this morning! We were not given an option of the next day delivery during daylight hours. It was impossible to check the car for any damage. What a total disappointment during this whole transaction.

Pickup was on time within customer requested time frame. This car was moved within 5 days of scheduling with us. We offer pickup within 1-10 business days and customer wanted faster. Was informed if wanting faster, would cost more and customer requested faster service. Vehicle was picked up and delivered in 2 days. Carrier should have waited and delivered the next morning. I did call the carrier and was told the customer did not request them to wait.
