The broker is very very dishonest and not willing to pick up my phone after he got the business. Hung up my phone about 3 times and put me on hold about 5 minutes when he tried to ignore me. I would not recommend this broker to any of my friends or family members. I was told to pay only $750 for the job. Then called to demand another $150 for a few extra bags while the driver told me that he was ok to pick up without any charge. Wayne told me on the phone that the driver was the one who charged me with that. The driver told me clearly when he dropped off my car that his company and himself did not charge me with the extra. He said Wayne is a lier. I ended up pay $800 instead of $750.
