We had a great experience from quote to delivery. Point of contact at Webster Relocation was honest and courteous, not pushy at all. He explained the process, gave me a quote and we were on our way. We were promised a 12-24hr window of communication before pick up and drop off which we got. Driver was friendly and professional. We got a lot of quotes and Webster was one of the lowest ones, if not THE lowest. For someone who has never shipped anything but Amazon packages and shoe boxes before, this was an excellent experience and I would definitely use Webster Relocation again in the future.
