I had never shipped or transported a vehicle. I spoke to the first person that called me which was Webster(Nick). He explained the services and the cost with a DEPOSIT. Then started receiving calls from other companies telling me that I was a fool to have given a deposit. Again not transporting a vehicle I trusted Nick. My car was picked up in Denver and delivered the next day! Not a problem - I give Webster my highest rating. NO problems at all! Dont worry about the deposit - that is how they get paid. You will pay the driver in cash or money order. Please dont let other carriers use scare tactics on you like me- which stressed me out. thank you, Shawn
