After over a week of getting the run around from several brokers, none of which guaranteed door to door service, I called Webster. Jarred was personable, patient (I'm a private owner, first time move) and informative. His fee was reasonable and withing 45 minutes of our first call I was on the phone with the driver actually picking up the vehicle to confirm when and where he would pick up. There was a slight issue at the pick up location, I made Jarred aware of this and he called the driver immediately to rectify the situation and give me feedback. I highly recommend Webster Relocation, I give them an A+++ in customer satisfaction! Take my advice, don't waste your time with fast-talking, hurry-up-and-sign-a-contract brokers, wish I had called them first.
