Our driver, Darrell, was on time and very helpful. He called the day before to let us know that he would be arriving the next day. On the day of arrival, he called in the morning to let us know approx. what time he would deliver the truck. He called again when he was about 1 hour away to give us time to meet him at our storage area. Webster relocation was also helpful and stayed in contact to insure that the experience was a good one. I had many quotes, and theirs was right in the ballpark, but when talking on the phone to them, it just clicked with me. No sales pitch, not pushy, just gave me the facts and options. As soon as I booked with Webster, I had an email with an order number and the next day another email with the dirvers name and number in case we had to contact him to change the pickup.
