Webster is a company based on fraud and malpractises and here is how they operate. They first give you a quote lower than their competitors then once you have paid them you will never hear from them and when you call them they will pesuade you to pay more than what you have been quoted even if you are approaching 10 day period.
In our case they themselves decided to increase quoted price by $200 which we came to know only when driver came to pick the vehicle and we were told we authorised it in a fictous call never made to us..
Here is our full experiance
My wife booked our vehicle and it was not picked in 2 weeks so i called Webster and unfortunatly got to speak to Wayne who persuaded me to increase rate by $100 dollars but when i did not budge he said he will try to dispatch our vehicle in next couple of days and I confirmed with him 3 times that he will try at the rate quoted to us.Then in less than an hour we got email that our vehicle has been dispatched but on the night of pickup , to our surprise the driver mentioned an amout $200 more than quoted rate.
Next day i tried reaching Wayne to seek clarification for change in rate but I could not and then I got call from my wife telling that Wayne called her informing that i accepted this $200 increase in rate for transport of our vehicle. I immediately call Wayne and when confroted him he changed his story that actually it might be my wife whom he might have spoken and got verbal confirmation. I was shocked and asked how can he not know if he spoke to a male or female who confimed , I also asked he he got any e -sign or any written confimraion for this change to which he replied that he does not and he changed it just on verbal confirmation ...OMG :( then why do they make us sign on quoted rate ??
When i told this to my wife she got furious and immeditely conference Wayne to clarify this as she never spoke to him but as soon as Wayne realized that we both are in call ling he dropped off.
