My brother and I had been quoted by Wayne a total of $750 and that was with what he called a "military discount". My brother offered more money in hopes of our car being picked up a bit earlier. Nothing ended up happening so I called Amanda to see what I needed to do cancel our order. She told me I'd have to speak with Wayne (mind you this has been a little over a week ago and nothing. No call, email, and their not answering their phone). It's pretty amazing how Webster Relocation claim to be such a Christian company and patriotic but when it comes to customer service they're an incredibly poor company. Beware of this company! I've had to report them to my credit card company as fraud!

This is not a Scam, I am sorry that you feel that way. The military discount is $25.00, since we thank all of our service members. However. when this order was only available for one day and we found that it was listed with other companies. and Staci called about this, I have not spoken to her. I called and left a multiple messages for Matt since he is the contact person on the order and payment. I have tried calling you a few times since also. We do offer a partial refund with early cancellation. If Matt could return my call I would like to take care of that. Regretfully I can not refund it to anyone but him.
