I had a great experience using this company. They were very friendly over the phone and reasonable when discussing how the process works. Reading through the negative reviews I get the feeling the people did not fully understand the process. Before signing up I would definitely ask a lot of questions on how shipping brokers work. They post your shipment and contact drivers they have used before. This is not a guarantee that they a driver will decide to contract with you for the shipment. The broker is dependent on the independent truckers to accept your contract. The broker, who Webster is, cannot force anyone to get your vehicle. It all depends on the truckers. Once you understand the process you will realize that Webster quotes you based on other cars being advertised for the same route by other brokers. That still doesn’t mean a driver will pick up your car before they get someone else’s. So understand the process and you will be very happy with Webster. If you want your truck fast, ask them how many other cars are advertised on your route and ask the prices for those cars. If you want your car fast, adjust your price to be at the top of the list. If you don’t need it immediately, keep your car at the mid range. They are very friendly over the phone and never seemed annoyed when I called for updates. I would not hesitate to use them again, they quoted me a very fair price and a lot cheaper than using the bidding ship website.
