Excellent customer service, we were told 1 to 7 day pickup and we only had to wait 2 days. The delivery took less than 2 days. We were very happy with the service and the rates we were quoted. Mr. Newell was very patient with all my phone calls with additional questions before we actually decided to use Weber, and took the time to answer all questions.
