I used Weber Transport to ship a motorycle I purchased. I had it freshly painted before shipment and requested an enclosed transport because of this. Well, the bike showed up on an open truck trailer! It was also picked up in the rain with the open carrier.They will do nothing to resolve this matter, ie, refund a portion of my fee since I did not get what I paid for. I also missed a day of work because the driver overslept. I actually woke him up after he did not show up. Then it took him all daytill 5:30pm to drive what He described as a 4 hour trip.
