Had Same experience as last2 and some earlier reviews!! Very poor communication from the owner, Wayne. For 1.5 weeks. Then finally, the bait-n-switch which raised the price by 25-30% over initial quote! Due to my client's scheduling, I had to go with it. Amazingly, the driver who actually picked up the car was Super Nice. Although I had been told he was the one that demanded the increased rare, he said he didn't know anything about that! I deal with a Lot of vendors in my biz, but this was one of 2-3 worst in 21 years in business.
