Completely screwed up. Sent driver on wrong day. when the agreed upon date came around, driver calls and says he can't make it. No apologies or anything.
Wecartransport then finds a second driver. Arrives and delivers on time, but damages car! Had driver sign off on damage report, and get copy of insurance information. Turns out driver had cancelled his insurance a month prior, even though paperwork showed coverage!
Driver and wecartransport deny responsibility and refuse to pay for damages or even refund fees. Complete robbery and no class whatsoever. Had to pay for damages myself.
Will never use this company again!
