My experience with Way to Go was exceptional! From first contact with Debbie, she was upfront and honest about how the business works and what to expect(good & bad). She answered the phone when I called or returned my call within 10 minutes without fail! Communication was incredible! Pricing was extremely reasonable(not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive), but worth every penny! I felt completely confident that she would get the job done! My pick up location changed due to a short window of availability on my part, but once the car was at new location the pick up was much sooner than estimated! If you are looking for a service, just know they all work thru the same system and have access to the same drivers! You also need to be flexible in your dates for pick up, because that is truly out of the control of the brokers. Debbie at Way to Go does NOT take her fee up front until she had a driver confirmed, so that should tell you she will go out of her way to give you the best service possible!
