Great Experience with Way To Go Transport, LLC

When I contacted Debbie concerning shipping my son's truck to him located at Luke Air Force Base, AZ, the first this Debbie stated was that she would reduce her rate due to his military status. My son just joined the Air Force and this is his first base. Debbie recommended the lowest possible rate to try to get the truck picked up and explained the entire process. I was very comfortable working with her since she didn't try to act as if drivers were on standby waiting to pick up the truck like several other brokers did.

We waited a few days and since no one offered to pick up the vehicle we increased the offer by $200.00. When we got to $1500, I decided to drive it myself as I could drive it myself, stay in hotel, buy my food and fly back for about that amount. My son was anxious to get his vehicle because he had to walk everywhere he went. Once I decided to drive the vehicle myself, Debbie was extremely kind and considerate and appologized that no carriers were willing to deliver the vehicle.

Throughout the entire process Debbie was extremely helpful, open to providing the details on how the entire process works and was even considerate when I had to cancel to deliver it myself, which was nice because I was able to see my son.

Due to her honesty and open information, I would highly recommend Way To Go Auto Transport LLC to anyone considering having their vehicle shipped. I will keep her information and use them again in the future should I have a need. I can't express my gratitude to Debbie for her professionalism and work ethic. I wish more companies were like this.
