I was very happy with the service I recieved from Way To Go Auto Transport. Both Debbie and Emely were honest in their.. approach. Giving me all of the information I needed to make an educated decision on who to choose to transport my car. Debbie explained exactly how my car would be posted so that drivers could decide whether or not they were interested in picking up my car. She explained about the drivers being checked for insurance and liability claims. I was a special case. I needed my car picked up after 4pm on a Tuesday and delivered on Saturday morning. Debbie let me know that it was difficult to pin down the drivers to specific times but, that we could offer a premium for the special service. I can happily report that my car was picked up and delivered according to my specifications. I was very stressed about my car being transported but, Debbie calmed my fears and gave me customer service beyond anything required by any business. She know her stuff. She stepped in when other Transport companies tried to give me false information and confuse me by lying. I would not hesitate to use Way To Go Transport again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

First I want to thank you for the glowing 5 star review! It was my pleasure to have the opportunity to transport your vehicle. Yes, there were some hurdles but, once you understood how transporting works you were a champ. I would gladly move another car and I look forward to the next challenge!
