Horrible service

After getting familiar with the shipping game and using four different carriers, Viking Auto Transport was by FAR the worst. They gave me a price quote and time and once the deposit was made I could NEVER get ahold of Tony or anyone else. The vehicle never got shipped and I could never reach anyone to make new arrangements. I let their service go because I could never get anyone to pick up the phone return a message or email. Its now 3 months later and Im still trying to get my deposit back. no one will answer, Try for yourself 18002174051

Dear Josh, we regret that we did take a long time to pick up your vehicle. But if you recall, that you failed to mention in this Review. That when you first contacted our office, we did explained to you that transporting a vehicle from Georgia to Nevada was going to take longer than usual since their was not a lot of cargo going back and forth in this route I do apologize for the delay in your refund. But we did have a conversation regarding why the refund was delayed and we thought that you were fine with that. We informed you that a check has been mailed out to you. The check has been mailed to the address that we have on file for you.
