Bad, bad service

Bad. bad , bad service. They never answer the phone. Not a serious company. They gave me a price and latter they want to charge me more. They promise me an estimate time for pick up and then told me after that I signed the contract, that is only a estimate, can be 2 ,8 or 30 days. I tried to call him and he got angry with me. I canceled the contract, and charge me 25.00 for cancellation fee. Be aware of this guys. Don't trust them.

Rigo, I regret that we ere not able to pick up your car on a timely manner. This rout was very difficult to fill. And we never tell anyone that it can take 30 days to pick up a vehicle. But as brokers we can’t guarantee a pick up or delivery day. I really don’t know who can. And as far as not answering the phones, Rigo we could not be in business if we did not answer the phone did you ever try leaving a message. The $25 cancellation fee which is a fair fee after all the work that was done on you account, we will credit that back to you credit card. Again I regret that we did not pick up your car on a timely manner. Tony
