I went on and read reviews prior to making my decision. I went with Viking because they had 4 out of 5 stars and had one of the lower prices. I called inadvance and set up a date that would give me only a few days, if any, out here in Washington without my car. They were supposed to pick it up on the 15th on September +/- 2 days. The days came and went and no one one came or called. I had to call them finally on Monday September 20th. They tell me they had a problem finding a carrier and hopefully they'll have one by Friday. I said ok because even if they picked it up by then I'd only be about a week without a car, not too bad. To make a long story short. I had to call him everytime to find something out about my car. He bid too low and instead of admitting it he made up stories. The best was when he told me I could always rent a car until mine got to Washington. I wouldn't have needed to rent one if he didn't mess up. He told me not to cancel with them because the same thing would happen if I went with another company. He finally told me he would put me on an open bid list and see what he could find. When they finally found someone to take my car, the driver wanted an additional $200 at drop off bringing my total to $$1030. Unacceptable after waiting 3 weeks and being screwed around. I canceled my order with him today after having enough and am going with another company where I'll be paying over a grand but it's worth it knowing that I no longer have to deal with this company.

This is my second review because my first one never got posted (Tony said he never had me as a customer) even though I have all the documentation showing I used this company.

You've been warned! If you want your car shipped in a timely manner DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Oh and I still haven't gotten my deposit back. And I cancelled my order close to two weeks ago now.

Miss Brooke, We regret that we were not able to pick up your vehicle on a timely manner. But from the beginning we recommended that you pay the correct price $1130.00, which is what our dispatchers were recommending for this route to Washington. But your attitude was that you wanted to call the shots and set the price that you wanted to pay, not that we bided to low, since you told us that you were not in a hurry to get this car picked up and you wanted the cheapest prize. After the car was not picked up as we all expected, we suggested tat we go back to the original price, and you reluctantly agreed, and we did find a driver for you, and you were informed of this. But after you gave us permission to assign a truck you called us back and changed your mind. To be honest you were very difficult and very stubborn person to do business with. You finally canceled AND WENT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY AND ENDED PAYING THE ORIGINAL PRIZE THAT WE QUOTED YOU. YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELED AND YOU DEPOSIT REFUNDED IN FULL.
