The pick up was late but fell into the 2 day window. it was scheduled to arrive no later than 2 weeks later. it arrived 4 days after pick up. the truck driver stayed in contact with me once he entered the state i was in to delivery. my car showed up dirty but i didn't mind. i would definitely use this service again and it was quite affordable.
