At first, Aaron emailed me and made an offer at $870. Then he called and gave a $30 discount. It was by far the best quote I got from any of the auto shipping companies and I was thrilled. The conversation with Aaron was pleasant and easy, he understood my needs. So I took made the reservation and paid $120 for the deposit. I was told to pay the $120 up front over the phone then pay the driver $720 in cash or money order form.

Then I got an email with the service agreement and the amount on there was $850 for the total shipping cost, indicating that I paid $100 as the deposit and will pay $750 when the car is delivered. I called Aaron back immediately, left two messages. I didn't get any response back. I sent 3 emails urgently requesting a revised service agreement and got no response back. I called twice the next morning and emailed again, and still got no response back. I sent the last email and said that I would wait until noon for any kind of response before I cancel the reservation. I finally got an email back from Tony at 11:30.

The conversation with Tony wasn't anything anyone should look forward to. I practically got accused of lying about the original quote being $870 - for what, to get t ten friggin dollars off? Tony kept on saying that the original quote was for $880 not $870 and that I was wrong. It wasn't the $10 that I wasn't upset about, it was the dishonesty and the accusation and Tony's mannerism that I was disgusted by. He was basically calling me a liar. So I forwarded him the original quote email which clearly says $870 and he never responded. Aaron gave me 2 day window to pick up my car and Tony gave me 3 day window - I can only blame the lack of communication within the company.

I did finally cancel my reservation on the second attempt though. And it felt like a weight off my shoulder. This second company that I found was way more pleasant and friendly and flexible with a good customer services. You can contact me and I can give you their name and contact information.

Miss Jessie know one called you a liar, actually you were insinuating that Tony trying to scam you over $10, he was actually trying to explain to you tat Aaron had made a $10 miscalculation in the price, that’s all a simple $10 mistake. And you failed to mention that Tony was going to honor the price if $850, so you would not be upset over the $10 mistake. So Tony did try to satisfy you with the price that you insisted on. Even after Tony let you know that he was going to honor the $850 price, you rudely told him in a not so lady manner that you did not want the service anymore. So your order was canceled immediately before you became a customer. So in essence you really don’t have the right to go on this site and post this frivolous dispute over a simple $10 mistake. When you were not even a customer of Viking became it never came to that point. Unfortunately we are human here at Viking and sometime we do make mistakes, but we will try to correct it if can. Perhaps Miss Jessie you are fortunate enough to go thru life without making any mistakes yourself….Richard H…GM.
