Viking Auto Transport was great at first. They contacted me, everything was taken care of promptly. I had no complaints until...

My truck was delivered, Late, in a dark parking lot, damaged! When I contacted them, they were very nice and sympathic about it at first. They said it would be taken care of, contact the delivery company, if they gave me the run around call them back and they would give me Plan B. Get me in contact with the Transporters insurance. Well I called R&R transport, ALOT! Got the run around, couldnt' get anyone to help me, or tell me what to do. I did exactly what I was told to do by Tony. I even had the estimates done, was just waiting for someone to tell me where to send them. However a month later, a dozen unreturned calls from both companies, I gave up and called my own insurance angency. Luckifully I was covered through them. Over a Grand worth of Damage done to my truck from the top rack of the trailer bouncing off of the roof of my truck.

So yes they were Great until something went wrong than it was like they didn't have time for me anymore. Would I use them again, No. Would I recommend them, No. All because IF something goes wrong they can't be relied on to get things taken care of.

Alicia when you called our company to report the damages to your car, Viking immediately went to work for you. I personally explained to you that you had 15 days to file a damage claim with the actual trucking company and that we would assist you, that you would need to get 3 different estimates for the damages and present them to the carrier. At the same time Viking Auto contacted R& R Transport to let them know that you would be filing a damage claim with them and we followed up the next day. I also told you that if R & R Transport gave you the run around, then we would go to Plan B and we would provide you with the carriers Insurance Company. We did not abandon you we made an active effort in resulting this issue in you favor. But unfortunately we were provided with full documentation from the carrier with a signed Bill of Lading accepting the vehicle in its conditions and no damages were reported to the driver at the time you took delivery of the vehicle. So legally and technically we did not have and you did not have a valid claim to report damages after you took possession of you car in its conditions. We did make numerous attempts in contacting you and returning your calls but it would always go to voice mail. I and Viking regret that your vehicle was damaged while it was transported by R &R Transport. But at the same time we are very happy that your primary insurance covered the damages. Viking Auto will be more than happy to reimburse the deposit that you paid to us if only it’s a small compensation for your inconvenience. Again we regret that your experience with Viking Auto was not a positive one, even though it resulted due to the cause of one of our network haulers. Also Viking Auto has flagged R & R Transport and we will not be using them again. Again we sincerely regret that you car was damaged! Tony D.
