This seemed like a good company when i spoke with tony on dec 3 and he took my 140 dep. I called this morning to see if they had a truck to pick up my car and tony was extremely rude to me and my husband. we understand that we need to allow 5 to 7 days for pick however they did not make that very clear to us although the service agreement states it. if that was the case i wouldve had this company to pick up the car last week. since we need to be moved out of our apartment and on the road on the morning. the communication with customer and company is terrible. they need to make follow up calls to let the customer know what is going on. i had other transporation companies call me after i made the reservations and they said this was a bad company to deal with, but i didnt believe them at the time. Now i do!!!!! Not to mention when Tony said he found a truck it was going to be $100 more which is not stated in the service agreement. Needless to say we found another company to service us and will pick the car up in the morning so we can get on the road so that my husband can get to his next duty station. I will tell all military ppl not to use this company.

Danielle, You contracted with Viking Auto Transport to transport your vehicle from Arizona to Michigan the pick up dates were schedules for 12/14 with a two day window, which you agreed to in the Terms and Conditions that you signed. You called our office at exactly 9:05 am just at opening time on the 14th and you insisted in knowing when your car was going to get picked up. I explained to you, and I do apologize if you thought that I was rude, but you did not care to listen to my explanation and did not easily allow me to explain to you, that we were waiting to hear from a driver to receive a confirmation on which of the two days they were going to pick up your vehicle. When you called I tried to explain to you that we had not received the confirmation for pick up, that your pick up was not late since their was the standard two day window. You still did not want to hear my explanation, again you insisted that you needed to know since you were laving on the 15th. And you could not wait. I explained to you that I could not do this since it was still early in the morning and we had not heard from the drivers. I asked you if you were able to leave your car with a family member or a friend and your answer was a very aggressive “NO” that you did not know anyone, but in this review you mention that you are going to inform all your military friends not to use us. So you must at least know of one person that could have done you a small favor. I sincerely apologize that you did not allow us to pick up your vehicle, if you could have shown a little patient; we believe that we would have picked up your car on a timely manner. Again I do apologize if you felt that I was rude. But in my opinion you are confusing assertiveness with rudeness, since at some moments I felt that I had to take a defensive position with you’re insisting on a commitment from me when I could not oblige. I’m very happy that you were able to contract with another company and your vehicle will be picked up. Regarding your $140 deposit, as our contract clearly states, your deposit is fully refunded for any reason. And it has been submitted for a full credit back to your credit card.,Tony
