Worst company BEWARE!!!!!!!

I run a Motorcycle dealership here in Florida. I use shipping companies on a weekly basis. This by far has been the worst experiences with a shipper I have ever came across in my 4 years in the business. Tony CAN NOT be trusted. I was told over the phone that I would have the same driver drop off the car that picked it up. This is not the case. When I called and made a complaint about this I was told by Jack at Jem transport “ SHIT happens”. I called Tony and let him know what happened. He seemed not to care about me as a customer anymore. They were supposed to pick my car up on a Sunday. They didn’t get it until Wed. I was told I would see it by Friday. It took until Monday. Tony also told me that the driver would call me 24 hours before they arrived. They never called me over the weekend. I called the driver and left him 4 voice mails. Then on Monday evening around 5pm I received a call from Jack stating the truck would be at my location in less then 2 hours. I had prior obligations for that night. I asked them if they could wait until 8pm when I would be free to take care of this. This was a huge argument. I talked to Tony and he would not help me in ANY WAY. Then when they FINALY showed up with my car they scrapped the front bumper on the truck. I seen the front end of my car lift up and I personally heard it scrape. I pointed this out to the driver. He started yelling at me and he got in my face and seem to threaten me. I called Tony the next day. I emailed him the pix of my car and the damage. He said he would give me the Insurance companies name. That was on yesterday morning. It is 9:15 pm wed right now and I have not heard anything back.

This is the worst customer service EVER!!!!!!!!!

I would never let VIKING TRANSPORT handle any of my shipping needs. I don’t care that the price was $100 cheaper. The damage to my car is well over $2500.00 I would have paid more if I knew the customer service at Viking was so poor! I wish I would have read the reviews on them.

The last time I talked to Ryan he was screaming at me going all out that I needed to do something to help him. I asked him what was the problem. He continued to rage and rant on how I had to do something to help him, that the driver had just called to let him know that he would be delivering the car in the next two hours, and that he was not getting off work till 10 pm. Mind you that he is calling me at 5:30 pm eastern just 30 minutes before closing and he wants me to perform miracles. I was not dishonest and I did try to help him but, I told him that I would call the driver and see if he could work with Ryan on delivery, but that my hands were tied since I could not control the drivers schedule and have him wait around till he gets off work which it would have been about fours hours and the driver had other cars to deliver and other customers were also waiting for their vehicles. I made two calls to the driver and was not able to reach him and left messages for him. The next day I spoke to Ryan and he let me know that he had made arrangement with a friend to take delivery of the car on his behalf, but he said that the driver damaged the vehicle when he was unloading it. Ryan says in this review that” when they finally showed up with my car they scrapped the front bumper on the truck. I seen the front end o f my car lift up and I personally heard it scrape. I pointed this out to the driver. “ But Ryan told me that his friend took delivery on his behalf so he contradicts himself by saying that he did take delivery of the vehicle, SO WHO IS BEING DISHONEST!!!! Ryan, is explaining to me the the car was damaged. And I explained to him what we needed to do to file a claim with the carrier to fix the damages, that I would provide all the Insurance information with the insurance agents name and contact information so he can file the claim for damages., he told me that he would call me back that he wanted to see the extent of the damages. Well Ryan I’m still waiting for your call me so I can help you get the damaged fixed!!! Tony D.
