I felt that my experience with Viking Auto Transport was well above average, they worked with me through the entire time, even when I last minute switched the pickup place and time. they still managed to pick the car up in a timely fashion. The $715.00 transport cost was the lowest price I could find after searching for multiple days and I was very happy with all that came with that price. The truck arrived in my hometown a day early which was a huge surprise to me and allowed the next steps I had to take to get the car ready go a lot smoother. I would recommend to anyone that they should contact Tony at Viking Auto Transport, he always responded to my e-mails within the same couple hours, and any question I had he found an answer for. He was very nice and seemed concerned that my car would arrive to me safely. The e-mails about the pickup and drop off times, which included the name and phone number of the driver helped as well. It made me feel like they were including me on every step of the delivery. Overall they were way above what I expected a shipping company would do or act and I was one hundred percent satisfied with the entire process.
