Charged 4 Times - Late Pick Up - Under Bid

I had a car delivered from ID to FL. Viking so far has billed me 4 times (3 times too many). I agreed to pay $140 to Viking for arranging the shipment, and I have been billed $140 every month since June. Viking will not return my phone calls. I have had to alert my credit card company but still have no resolution.

Viking agreed to have my car picked up on June 19. It was not picked up until June 28. And, this was only after I called and had Viking increase the bid price from $700 to $900. Viking quoted me a total shipment price of $940 ($140 to Viking and $700 to the driver), but this was well below the amount any driver would accept to pick up the car. To get the car picked up, I had to call Viking and tell them that I would pay the driver $900 (total cost to me of $1040) to transport the car.

Do not use Viking Auto Transport unless you want to deal with months of hassle.
