So, VIKING pulled out my review stating that we are not their customers. I received an email today from Transport Reviews Admin and requested to prove we are indeed their customers. I submitted 3 simple documents,the bank statement, service agreement, emails, and notes of my phone calls. I quickly faxed all supporting documents and in no time this review is back on their site in less that 8 hrs. As I have said, we will pursue this. Their questionable practices should be investigated. DO NOT DEAL with this people.

AS EXPECTED, NO REFUND HAS BEEN RECEIVED. Responded to my email and my son's email and stated it was a mistake by the accounting office. Story sounds very familiar. I reported Tony and the Company he represents to the Hallandale Florida Better Business Bureau and I will go to next to the Attorney Generals Office in Washington and Florida. I will not stop until justice s done.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE this company nor talk to Tony who is pretending to be Richard etc.... The fact that they did not do any of the things they promised, they charged my sons card TWO times who is a young US ARMY soldier whose money is hard earned just makes me boiling mad. I just called them, and of course no answer. We called another company as soon as we cancelled with them this morning and in 8 hrs my son's car left for its destination. ALL the complaints about this company is legit. They inflicted too much stress and anger to their clients for non delivery of service. This will escalate to a demand for refund from a lawyer if this will not be resolved as soon as possible.

We apologize for the mistake in the double billling. It was explained to you how the mistake happen, and we thought you were fine with it.Your initial deposit and the billing mistake has been reversed back to your acoount. We are very suprised that you would post this review,since we had spend close to45 minutes with you on the phone to fix the problem.
