If you read my review you can also see that they responded to it. This is what they had to say:

We don’t steal anyone deposit and we are not scammers which you dont have the right to accuse us of this. Period!! Your deposit has been refunded in full. So please don’t go on this site and slander us. We tried very hard to move you car. But you decided to choose the lowest price even though we explained to you that it might take longer than usual to move your car. We have close to 300 reviews on this site, and more than 85% are positive reviews. You are the only one that’s has not been forthright with this review. You sir are making this thing all up for your satisfaction since its seems you get a kick out of it. Again I emphasize that we move successfully between 200 to 300 cars every month. Again I strongly emphasize that your deposit has been refunded in full. We would not jeopardize our good standing with our merchant bank for your deposit or anyone else’s deposit.

I know I've seen this before and I know those are the exact same words on another bad review. What is goin on with this company? I really don't care about this company because I am for sure I will NOT use this company again Nor recommend it to anybody. All I asking for is my refund in full and in a timely manner. I've sent this company two emails about my refund and here they are. I still haven't received a check or been deposited into my bank account.

#1 To whom it may concern,

It's been 10 days since I  requested that you refund me the money. However, despite the fact that I have requested a refund, I have not received a refund of my money.

Could you please refund the money as soon as possible. I have been very patient with your company, but I cannot accept that I was told 3 to 5 business days and still not have received my refund.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

I will resend it to accounting again. Sorry for the delay.

Waited a whole 2 weeks then sent another one:

#2. As I write this email to you, I am doing so with a considerable level of fury and disappointment at your company. the main essence of this email is to demand for a complete refund of the money ($130) that I spent in for the brokers fee for transporting my truck (Nissan Titan).

However, I think it is only imperative that I give the reason for my actions.  You could not go through with transporting my truck after several occasions That i offered more money to transport my truck. I emailed you before asking for my refund and you stated that it will be sent to the accounting office. I have yet to receive my refund after almost a month! What is going on with your end? I will appreciate it if the refund can be sent to me as soon as possible.

I do apologize for the delay in your refund. I will forward your e-mail to the accounting department so they can issue your credit immediately. You will receive an e-mail receipt within the next 48 hrs confirming you refund.

Thank You,

Tony

As you can see these guys are liars and shady. I still haven't received my refund or the so called "reciept". I will have to take legal action if need be if I don't get my refund back. You would have to read my first review to get a better understanding of it. I do NOT recommend his company to anybody. In fact, I went with another company and they got my truck here in a week. Shame on Viking auto transport.

Mr Guerra we at Viking Auto regret that your car was not picked up on a timely manner. I will make a strong point addressing your comment that we lied to you and gave you the run around and we arescammers. You did not mention in your review that we provided you with three different prices to move your car, and you chose the least expensive, it as explained to you that the price that you were choosing was the cheapest, so your car was last in line, since there were other cars paying more to drivers. This was all explained to you at the beginning, but you still chose the least expensive way, that usually takes longer to pick up the vehicle. If you could have waited two more days we had a driver for you confirmed to pick up your vehicle. But when we spoke to you, you told us that you did not wish to wait that you would make other arrangements. Again we emphasize that Viking did not lie to you or gave you the run around on the contrary. And your deposit has been refunded infull. R.H.
