Scam Artists - Mover Beware

I used this company to attempt to get my car picked up after I went through another transport company that failed to do so within two weeks so when I talked to Tony and he told me that he could have someone to pick my car up later that week between a Wednesday and Thursday of the 11th and 12th of January I was excited, but sure enough he didn't deliver on his dates and than he asked me to hold through the weekend , which I did and still not even a phone call to let me know the status of my move. Than after the weekend when I said enough is enough and had to pay a premium rate to get my car out to where I live because I needed it for work I called Tony to cancel, He told me that my deposit would be refunded back into my account, This was late January. I followed up several times and heard the same sob story of "Oh thats our "accounting" department that takes care of it and then I asked for the accounting departments number, which he could not provide and then he said he would follow up with them and get on top of it. Its been a month and a half and nothing!!!! They consistently attempt and succeed with scamming people out of their deposit money by telling them they can get the car moved so you give them your deposit and then NOTHING !!!!. I am sure you are going to follow up with some lame excused that it was my fault why my car didn't get moved because I chose a cheaper option ...WELL if I chose a cheaper option and it takes longer than DONT quote me to be 3 -5 days ..quote me longer that would make sense right?? Take the responsibility that you run a faulty am business that has dissatisfied customers in the same way OVER AND OVER again. I still dont have a refund and its been 40 plus days later. Give me my money PLEASE!!! stop beating around the bush and blaming it on "accounting" when that is a load of crap

We don’t steal anyone deposit. Period!! Your deposit has been refunded in full. So please don’t go on this site and slander us. We tried very hard to move you car. But you decided to choose the lowest price even though we explained to you that it might take longer than usual to move your car. We have close to 300 reviews on this site, and more than 85% are positive reviews. You are the only one that’s has not been forthright with this review. You sir are making this thing all up for your satisfaction since its seems you get a kick out of it. Again I emphasize that we move successfully between 200 to 300 cars every month. You don’t have the write to go on this site and post bunch of lies. Again I strongly emphasize that your deposit has been refunded in full. We would not jeopardize our good standing with our merchant bank for your deposit or anyone else’s deposit. I truly feel sorry for you that you can’t be forthright.
