Don't deal with Viking Auto Transportation

Dear, people
I order a quote on Dec 2 from SC to CO to ship my tahoa. The owner is not honest and he does not know how to communicate with people. I am talking to him on the phone and hang up the phone on me after he knows he wrongs. My car supposed to shipped Dec 20, I called a few days ago to comfirm it because I don't the order number he did not talk to me. I email on Dec 19 to comfirm my order. Tonu email me on Dec 20, to told me" He needs 24 - 48 hours to find someone to ship the car after all. Dec 21 I call him again to find it will take 48 hours, I cancel the order, until 1/1/12 I still did not received my $110.00 refund. Viking don't care about people, and he is a honest man and don't do business with them. You will regret later.

Mr Rony we at Viking Auto regret that your car was not picked up on a timely manner. I will make a strong point addressing your comment that we lied to you and gave you the run around. You did not mention in your review that we provided you with three different prices to move your car, and you chose the least expensive, it as explained to you that the price that you were choosing was the cheapest, so your car was last in line, since there were other cars paying more to drivers. This was all explained to you at the beginning, but you still chose the least expensive way, that usually takes longer to pick up the vehicle. If you could have waited two more days we had a driver for you confirmed to pick up your vehicle. But when we spoke to you, you told us that you did not wish to wait that you would make other arrangements. Again we emphasize that Viking did not lie to you or gave you the run around on the contrary.And your deposit has been refunded infull. R.H.
