Paid for their services on 07-26-11, with a beginning pick-up date of 08-05-11 (11 days). I thought that this would be enough of a window. I advised that I would be out of town beginning 08-10-11 and was assured that the vehicle would be delivered prior to this. Tony had great communication with me...prior to me accepting their bid, then there was none. No return phone calls, etc. Finally, I have an e-mail sent to me advising me of how hard it is to get vehicles transported from this route/area. If it can't be done, don't quote it and surely don't tell the customer that it will be there. What is really impressive, is that my vehicle was not even listed with central dispatch, who the broker companies all list jobs through. Kind of hard to move my truck when the job isn't even listed (this was confirmed by three different companies on two different dates). My advice is don't listen to their rhetoric, contract with a transport company and/or a more professional broker who is concerned with their service and not just their pocket. Cancelled on 08-19-11 (24 days with no pick-up of vehicle and no communication from Viking). I obviously will seek a refund.

Sir your car was always listed not only on Central Dispatch, but three other load boards, more than any other brokers uses. We do regret that your car was not picked up on a timely manner. You did not mention in your review that we provided you with three different prices to move your car, and you chose the least expensive, it was explained to you that the price that you were choosing was the cheapest, so your car was last in line, since there were other cars paying more to drivers.Your deposit has been refunded in full.
