I recently purchased a sports car out of Ohio. I live in MD and could not go and get the car. The distance was 325 miles door to door. Because the coachwork on the car is special, I needed an enclosed transport. Based on my web search I chose a nationally recognized transport agent. Booked the transport, and my car sat for a week. Nothing. I live chatted them and got regular excuses for my car not moving. Finally I canceled them. Of course they made that hard as well. When I finally spoke to a manager, he conceded that I got misinformation. So time to start over. This is when I found Viceroy. Their reviews were consistently stellar. So I booked them on 09/12. They picked up my car on 09/14 and it arrived here safe and sound on 09/15. The driver was courteous and he took care of my car. I made sure to tip him on top of the balance due at delivery. I would definitely use Viceroy auto trans again, and have already recommended them to someone I know who is transporting an old hotrod. Thank you!
