Viceroy was pretty good at communicating. Overall well done once we got past one issue. The first company assigned the job I googled and found out that company had real problems in the past few months. Had complaints from
everyone. I requested the driver be changed and they agreed. I had a new driver and he was great. My problem is that Viceroy Should have taken the 2 mins to google the company not me! I saved myself a potential huge headache. It would be an effective strategy for viceroy to google the companies they broker the jobs towards
