I was a little hesitant on shipping my vehicle because of bad reviews with so many companies... I called viceroy and spoke with John.. he talked me though the entire process.. he had a truck pick up my vehicle within 2 days... I received the drivers phone number and he text me with updates throughout the entire process.. my car did arrive a day later then I expected.. but with traffic etc... it didn’t bother me.. communication was great and my car arrived in good condition... a little dirty on the outside but that’s expected..
