John is always responsive to all my emails and calls. We had a problem with driver initially assigned but he made sure to assign to a another driver. He was on top of my order until it is delivered safe. Driver was outstanding. He was perfectly on time. He called prior to schedule a time and a place to meet (since his large truck cannot come to my home we met at target parking lot). Same thing for delivery as well. I was surprised to get my car in two days. I had a put a few personal items in the car. Nothing was stolen or damaged. Overall no inconvenience caused. Great service. I would definitely recommend John and Viceroy auto trans to everyone.
