I have recently used their services and I am a very happy customer. I did talk to John after I found their quote was the lowest of the 30+ transporters I contacted. Though I let him know my move in date is very near he assured me the job will be done promptly. I delivered the car at the appointed time to the driver Andrei, who was originally scheduled to deliver it on a Tuesday but I requested him for a Sunday delivery as I could pick up my car without taking a leave from my office. He figured out an alternate route he had to travel and assured me a weekend delivery. I was amazed to get a call on Saturday that my truck will be delivered that evening. He never changed me extra ( I had horrible experience about extra payments with my previous move with a different company), never asked for a tip ( though I paid him) and always had a smile. Superb service, complete satisfaction.
