CPO car out of state purchase and needed service from KY to AZ. I have read reviews and choose VICEROY. The broker seems to do modest business by their amount of feedback so I felt that maybe the lighter logistics of their interstate business may reflect in better service and communication with the broker and the carriers they work with. About 3 days after initial contact, Jonathon by phone and email to me, had a carrier scheduled and a 3 day pick-up time frame after Christmas. The carrier was located in the same city the car was purchased and I had the necessary info to review and talk with them. The cost was in the mean range of quotes I received from about 10 other brokers. My BMW arrived on New Years day, 5 days on the road and the driver called a couple hrs. before arrival. My car just needed a wash after 1700 miles on open transport . Very pleased.
