READ THIS as well as all the other NEGATIVE reviews about DANIEL. This has been the worst service I have ever had to deal with in my life! Of course we too were recommended. Vehicle was supposed to be picked up 1/7 for estimated delivery of 1/11. At first, he will respond quickly to all your messages/calls, just to try to snatch the deposit $. We ended up "reserving" our pick-up day (1/7) a month early!! Couple days before the pick-up date, I called to ask for confirmation that the driver was going to show up. Daniel kept giving me the runaround all fucking week. Saying he'll check the ETA and will call me back to update... ZERO calls, ZERO texts! My car never gets picked up. After we realized our pickup was never going to happen, I asked Daniel for my deposit $ back or else we will report to BBB. All of a sudden his phone works and starts calling/texting trying to keep my business. I tell him that I no longer need your service and would just like my money back. No response. No money back. Congrats Daniel for letting my trust in you get completely diminished all for a mere $150 deposit. I hope this review lets everyone who thinks about using your service to stay the hell away from your SHADY business.
