SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! Please do not use this company. I only used him because I was recommended to him by Fred at Apex Moving. They might be in the scam together. Daniel at Veteran Transport told me he can move my vehicles on Monday or Tuesday. Asks me to leave a deposit and ask me to leave it via Zelle since no one will accept credit card deposits anymore for customers filing a complaint against the transaction after the cars are delivered and getting their money back. Being the trusting person I am and working off a referral that I shouldn't have because I didn't know that guy either, I stupidly agreed and sent the Zelle payment. Tuesday rolls around, no call, no pick up and he is not answering his phone, until I call from a different phone number. Then he goes on to explain that his phone hasn't been working correctly and he is going to the phone company to get it fixed that day. He also advises that his driver is having issues with his truck and he is finding another driver which reminds me, he also convinced me in the first conversation that he has his own drivers and does not work off of the load boards which is why he is more reliable since he isn't sending out bids. Fast forward, it's been 3 weeks and he occasionally responds to me or answers my calls with the lie that they should be picked up tomorrow. He won't respond to requests for my money back and I had to drive my cars from California to Texas myself. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING HE TELLS YOU!!!! He sounds legit and like he knows what he is talking about but he is just trying to get your deposit. I have yet to get my deposit back and he will not respond to me at all now that he knows there are no cars to pick up. See my texts with him below. I'm guessing he doesn't understand that bad business will ruin you in this day where everything can be shared online. All he had to do was admit he couldn't get this done and give me my money back. Smh
