I bought a new Expedition online from a dealer in Sedalia Mo. Afterwards when I was trying to arrange for a transport of my new car, I was shocked at how corrupt and dishonest the vehicle transport business actually was. I was about to give up and just fly to Kansas City and drive it back home myself when, but for the grace of God, I got in contact with Patrick O'Connell of Vehicle Shipping Group. He was the first person that I talked to that was forthright and honest about everything. He did not try to pressure me into using him for my vehicle transport and told me upfront that the route from Sedalia to Amarillo was not a high value route and that it might take some time to arrange a transport. But he assured me that there would be no deal and that I would not be charged a penny until I was satisfied with the terms and the driver who would transport my new car and that I could cancel at anytime up to the day that the driver was actually dispatched to pick up my car. So on Sunday afternoon (Patrick works round the clock) I rolled the dice and told him to post my transport order and see what happened. The next morning while I was in my prayer time I was asking the Lord what to do to get my new car home to Amarillo, and before I could get the whole prayer out of my mouth, the phone rang and it was Patrick. He proceeded to tell me that he had a driver that would pick up my car that afternoon and would have it in Amarillo the next day. Needless to say, I was ecstatic and immediately told him to get it done. He had also posted the transport for less than he had originally estimated that it would cost. (So many of the others would give me low ball quotes and say they could get it done for next to nothing. Then I would read their reviews that would have dozens of complaints about them jacking up the price at the last minute.) Anyway Patrick was very kind and straight forward. He did not try to pressure me into doing the deal with him. He was honest and told me what I could realistically expect and was very professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone that is looking for a transport of their vehicle. Thanks Patrick you were truly an answer to prayer. (I noted that the car was dirty when it was delivered, but that was because the Dealer did not clean it prior to transport because he thought that it would be on an open transport with other vehicles and that it would just get dirty all over again. The driver actually brought my car to me on a single trailer and used tire straps instead of chains and was an excellent driver who was VERY professional and did a great job getting it to me on time.)
