This is my first time transporting a vehicle. I called six weeks prior to pick up. May be typical but didn't know until last minute if vehicle would be picked up. Laura was very helpful in expediting once we got confirmation. The car got picked up on Friday and I didn't receive it util Tuesday. The car was delivered right to my door with no damage. End result I got my car to North Carolina, I would use the service again but would just allow for possible delay's.Laura called me back in a timely manner and communicated with me when she had information to relay.
