I spoke with Todd Carlisle via his cell phone (561)923-8438 on Saturday 10/3/2015 at 6:57 pm, reviewed the quote and deposited $100, for a pick up after 6 pm on 10/6/2015. On 10/6/2015 around 4:50 pm, I called Todd Carlisle on his cell phone, he said he would call me back in 5 minutes, he needed to walk into his office. 30 minutes later, still no phone call. I called him, no answer. Called again, you could hear the phone receive the call then a hang up. I called several more times. I then call the office number 855-257-0888, and you had to select new quotes, dispatch and open quotes. All were on voice mail, even dispatch?? So I called (561)900-5080 and the person that answered said he was the owner and stated he will call Todd and have him call me. Now it is about 8 pm, have no idea what is going on, started reading reviews and saw that this is there normal operation. So I left a message on every phone number to cancel my order. The next day I start to receive e mails from Todd Carlisle, and again I explained to cancel my order, this continued for several days. Todd started to act like a little kid, as I would not change my mind. This company operators under 2 different names and are not trust worth to deal with. They will play games and not return calls to inform you that the have not found a carrier, they act like you have all the time in the world to sit around and wait for them. Unacceptable business practice and when I asked for my return, I receive several rude e mails, final two e mails were " I will never return your deposit !!!!!!! and then Have a blessed day! May the angels cry tears of joy on you!" Be warned do not do business with these people.
