I reserved my car vw Jetta 2021. and paid 1.050$ l 2 weeks ago my account was charged again. I called James and he said it was a misunderstanding. He said he will send a 100$ gift card for this mistake .it take 5 days and the money was back on my account. I called James again and ask my car is ready to ship. He said there will pick it up Wednesday 13 July. Still nobody showed. And no one answers w the phone it goes to voicemail i left. Left ,any message. I paid for the transport. I have no money to hire a other company at this time. Please be so kind a let me know if you transfer my car or not. If not I need to disput my 1.050$
