These people lie to you!!!!! Every time I called to see were my car was they did not know, they also could not tell me when the car was to be delivered, they said thursday, then they said thursday night or friday, then saturday morning, then it was sunday, so it was waiting game could not make plans to take delivery. They gave me the drivers phone # but he never answered the calls. I was assigned this company by "Auto Transport Direct".
