I went on-line to search for a company to take my son's car to him in Florida. It is an older car with a lot of miles on it,so I did not want to drive it that far. I had a lot of carriers call me and send emails of course, but for some reason when I spoke with Robert from VIP Auto Transporter it just seemed like the company to use. His quote was not the cheapest nor was he the most expensive and his approach was respectful. Robert answered all of my questions (which I had plenty) and explained exactly what to do on my end and what was going to take place on his end. Robert and I stayed in constant contact with each other during the process and he even contacted me past his business hours to let me know that the driver could not continue on Wednesday because of so many hours on the road. This was very understandable because SAFETY takes PRIORITY over MONEY. I will pass the information to others about using this company and I will use them again if I have to transport another vehicle.
