WENT I FRIST CONTACT THIS COMPANY, THEY SAID THE PRICE WAS 625.00 THIS INCLUED TAX. AFTER THEY CALLED BACK TO GET MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER, AND PUT IT THREW FOR THE DEPOSIT OF 200.00, THEY SAID THAT THE PRICE WAS 676.00 I SAID THAT NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD, AND I SAID I WANT TO CANCELL THIS I DONT TRUST YOU. HE SAID YOU CANNOT DO THIS NOW, YOU HAVE TO CALL BACK AND SPEAK WITH THE DEPARTMENT THAT HANDLES THIS, I SAID WHY, HE THEN PUT MIKE ON THE PHONE WHO ASURED ME THAT THEY WERE A GOOD COMPANY OF 20 YEARS AND REGESITER WITH THE BETTER BUSSINESS BREAU, AND DID NOT LET ME TALK, I TOLD HIM I DID NOT TRUST THEM. THAT NIGHT I HAD A EMAIL CONFIRMING MY ORDER, AND ACCEPTING MY DEPOSIT, I TRY TO CALLED THEM BUT THEY WERE NOW CLOSED FOR THE WEEKEND. THEY THEN SENT ME ANOTHER EMAIL WITH THE INFORMATION, i WENT ON THERE WEB SITE AND SAW THAT THEY HAD A TERM AND CONDITION LISTED ON THE WEB WHICH WAS NEVER TOLD TO ME THREW MY CONVERSATION, IT SAID YOU LOOSE YOUR DEPOSIT IF YOU DO NOT CANCELL AFTER 24 HOURS, I TAUGHT NO WONDER HE WOULD NOT DO THE CANCELLATION. WELL, THE PICK UP WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR ON OR AFTER 08/01 ON THE 3RD I HEARD NOTHING SO I CALLED THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND HANGUP ON ME, I CALLED BACK AND HE SAID THE CAR WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PICK UP YESTURDAY AND GAVE ME A COMPANY NAME TO CALL, I DID THEY SAID THEY HAD NO CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY, I THEN CALLED BACK AND WAS TOLD THEY DIDNT KNOW WHEN MY VECHILE WOULD BE PICK UP AND AGAIN WERE RUDE SAID THE COMPANY WAS LIEING TO ME. I TOLD THIS GUY THAT IF MY CAR WAS NOT PICK UP BY THE FOLLOWING WEEK I WOULD GIVE THIS TO A LAWYER, HE SAID YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK, I SAID SURE, HE SAID YOU WILL SEE A CREDIT IN 48 HOURS I TOLD HIM I WANTED THIS IN WRITING, HE STATED HE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO WRITE. THEN THE OTHER GUY JERRY TOOK THE PHONE AND SAID READ YOUR CONTRACT, YOU DO NOT HAVE A LEG TO STAND ON, IF YOU CALL AGAIN WE WILL NOT GIVE YOU NOTTHING AND HANG UP VERY RUDELY.

the entire deposit was refunded to the customer. unfortunately we had hired a truck to pickup the car, 3 weeks prior to the pickup date, when it came time for the pickup the driver said that never got the work order, subsequently we spoke to the customer and explained the situation, and indicated that we would get another truck to pickup the car, she ranted and raved, and as a result we refunded the deposit. There is no reason to complain, since these things can happen with the trucking companies. The customer had been sent an email with the contract and the terms and conditions immediately after booking the order. the terms and conditions are very clear in that we have a window of 7 days from the original pickup date, we also cannot guaranty and specific time of pickup or delivery, which again is included in the terms and conditions. Evidentally, the customer received the contract and at the bottom it indicates that the contract is subject to the terms and conditions. This customer was rude from the very beginning.
