The contract and the website are very clear if you wish an expedited pickup there is an extra charge. The customer even admits that they wanted the car picked up the same day, does he think that the carriers are just sitting there waiting for his car. We had to get a service to accomodate him which costs us money in turn it costs him money. The car was picked up Saturday afternoon and delivered timely. There was no reason for this review.
