I was super nervous about using Uno after reading some reviews, but they were courteous and prompt the whole time! They delayed a bit in answering some texts but they did eventually answer. My car has a few minor scratches (from where, I imagine, the straps were placed), but the rest of it is in perfect condition! Got it here in 3 days and I am so happy to have my car!
