Thank you for taking the time out to write a review on our company. Unfortunately, we were unable to find any evidence that correlates with your story. No one in our office received any complaints, neither was any authorities were called out. When we spoke to Mr. Mclean, he gave his side of the story that he politely declined to be filmed by a certain individual on the scene and that the individual safety was of concern due to the fact that they were parked in the middle of a busy street. Our employees have the right to decline to be filmed and our customer's safety is our number one priority. I am sure if a physical assault situation ensued, the police would have been called out there. We take pride in our 100% rating on central dispatch and take customer service and safety as our main priority. Thanks again for your time.
