The Worst Experience Ever!

The entire experience with Uno Transport was a complete nightmare. We would never use them again and hope that no one else will. Uno was contracted by our dispatch company (United Auto) to take our car from Florida to Delaware. The contract specifically said the delivery would be on Monday, June 22 between 11am and 2:00pm. when we would be in the area to take delivery. On Sunday, June 21 we received a call at 9:00am from Dwayne Mclean, the driver, saying that he was delivering our car that same day between 3-4 pm. I told him we had a contract and he claimed that he didn/t know anything about it, even though United Auto e-mailed it to him again. I called him several times to ask for delivery on the date indicated and he was extremely rude. He said that if I didn't take the car when he wanted to deliver it, he would take it to a storage facility someone along I-95 and that we would then have to find a way to get it out and have it delivered. United Auto worked for hours on Sunday trying to call him to get him to deliver per contract, but he would not respond to them. We finally got my wife' brother to take delivery which actually occurred at 11:30pm, some 12 1/2 hours after his first call, and 8 1/2 hours after he had indicated he would be delivering the car. This was the worst experience we have had with car shipping. This company should not even be in business.
